FAQ

Get answers to your questions.

HOW LONG IS THE TYPICAL WAIT TIME BEFORE A PHYSICIAN WILL SEE ME?

Usually right away. But wait times can be unpredictable and vary due to a number of factors, including time of day, number of staff on hand, and busy seasons, such as cold and flu. Though we try to balance patient wait times with level of care once you're in the exam room, sometimes waits can seem longer than usual. To make your visit more comfortable, bring some reading material or a mobile device to take advantage of our free Wifi. Better yet, book your appointment in advance.

ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS?

Yes! Call today to book an appointment for a meet and greet with one of our physicians.

DO YOU HAVE A FEMALE PHYSICIAN?

Yes! We have a female practitioner available for walk-ins and by appointment. Please call ahead for her schedule.

I'M NEW TO THE AREA. DO I NEED A DOCTOR'S REFERRAL TO ACCESS THE CLINIC SERVICES?

Not at all. Please come in! Cure MD is a walk-in medical clinic, and we are open to everyone in need of our team of physicians and specialty services. If it is your first time visiting one of our locations, we will ask you at reception for the name of your previous physician. This is in order to retrieve your patient history, allowing us to provide the best level of care possible. If you are unsure of this information or haven't been treated by another physician previously, we will create a new patient care file for you at this time.

WHAT'S THE EASIEST WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH CURE MD?
